Fancy Dress Portraits
Something new has arrived at the AHP studio! Along with the senior portraits and styled shoots you already know and love, we are excited to announce a brand new offering: fancy dress portraits AKA dress rental sessions! I’ve wanted to do this type of shoot for years. We are finally making the dream a reality! Dress-up shoots like these are an excuse to play and escape into an enchanted world of whimsy and wonder. If you were waiting for a sign to frolic through a floral field in a fancy dress, well then this is that sign! Just follow the flowing fabric (and keep reading). It’ll lead you to the best surprise!
Designer Dress Rental in Tacoma
This month, we expanded the AHP Style Closet to include 5 more gorgeous dresses for our glam sessions. We bought 2 pieces from designer Sherri Hill and 3 from Flutter Dresses. The Flutter dresses are created to be size inclusive, fitting a range from size 0 to 16! For our dress rental sessions, you can rent/wear one of our looks for a fun in the field shoot (modeled below). Or be the first one to try out our brand-new birthday bash sessions! Whatever look you choose, it’ll be a bucket list experience that you will want to share with all of your friends. Check out more details and pics for the two style options below!
Enchanted Field of Flowers Shoot
Our fearless Model Team member, Miss Mallory, helped model one dress from each of our new designers during our fun in the field shoot. We picked a bright green location that beautifully highlighted the purple of our Sheri Hill dress. For her second look, we had Mallory pose under a gorgeous pink tree in full bloom. The afternoon light covered the shoot in a blanket of sunshine that added the perfect layer of enchantment to this already dreamy session. And what better time of year to capture the magic of the PNW than springtime in a field of wildflowers?!
Birthday Bash Session
Along with the flower portraits, which you know we love, we will also offer a brand new Birthday Bash session. You get to celebrate your new age in style in a sheer star robe, confetti dress, or another over-the-top design of your choosing! Pose with a cake, balloons, or specialty candles.
