College and High School Graduation Portraits
Part of the mission here at AHP is to always celebrate the accomplishments in our seniors’ lives. Taking AH-mazing college and high school graduation portraits for them is just the start! Graduation, from any school and at any time, is a HUGE accomplishment. We believe it deserves to be celebrated and remembered that way. That’s why it makes us so happy to create these moments and memories for each and every one of our seniors and their families!
Making Graduation Memories
We created our AHP senior experiences to reflect just how big of a celebration graduation is. Much like your wedding day, these are memories and traditions you will want to share with your family for years. So it should be captured in a similar way! With high-quality portraits that will stand the test of time. Not to mention, we have a blast while taking them too!! Whether it is a full-day session, a studio shoot, or a mini cap and gown session, each photo shoot can be designed to fit your style, spirit, and values.
UPS Grad Portraits
During the Spring, before graduation, seniors can book mini-sessions with friends, or a full-blown session just for themselves – like these two 2022 grads in the photos below did! One of them will be attending the University of Puget Sound this year, and the other just became a UPS grad! How fun is that?? We did both of their sessions on the UPS campus and made sure to tailor their portraits to the locations each of them wanted. I just love the shots by the water and standing on top of the concrete UPS sign! If that doesn’t scream “Look, I did it!” I don’t know what does!
Cap and Gown Portraits Before Graduation Day
One of the sections I love incorporating most during our senior sessions is the cap and gown shots! Other than for graduation day, which is often a busy blur, there are very few times when you get to wear your full graduation attire. How crazy is that?? That’s one of the reasons we suggest having a cap and gown moment before the big day. You get to be fully present to enjoy your accomplishment, tassel and all. And if not, well, I will capture it all on camera for you! That way you can cruise through graduation knowing your portraits are already taken care of!
