Athletic Senior Portraits at Stadium High School & Dunes Park
McKenna is a star athlete at Stadium High School and I am so excited to share her athletic senior portraits. I fell in love with Stadium High School when I first watched the movie 10 Things I Hate About You. It’s such an awesome campus with iconic views. We even got to do a spooky nighttime tour of the high school!
Not only did we explore the high school, McKenna was also the first AHP senior to have her session at the new Dunes Park in Tacoma. I love finding new locations for my seniors and scouting out the best spots for senior portraits.
Softball Star and Future Doctor
McKenna is pre-signed to the University of San Diego for softball as a left-handed pitcher. She has worked her butt off and I admire her so much. I love strong women who set goals and accomplish them! McKenna’s role model is her mom, who taught her to not let anything get in her way. Her hard work has paid off and I can’t wait to see all that she accomplishes.
Balancing AP schoolwork and softball is no easy task, but McKenna manages her time so well. She volunteers at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital and I know her positivity makes a huge difference there. She has big plans to study biochemistry and pre-medicine at USD to become a doctor. I would love to see her back in Seattle as a surgeon, but I know she will be successful no matter where she ends up.
Style Inspiration
These athletic senior portraits are proof you can wear your letter jacket and still be glam. McKenna wore her hair in loose curls with gorgeous makeup that highlighted her natural features and freckles! We captured a few photos with her softball glove, letter jacket, and USD spirit wear. Her red BMW convertible parked by the bridge made for fun portraits with views of downtown Tacoma. McKenna swapped out her sporty style for a cute sundress once we got to the beach. We had so much fun exploring Tacoma together.
