AHP Class of 2021 Model Team | End of Year Wrap Up
The AHP Class of 2021 Model Team was an absolutely incredible group of girls! I had so much fun getting to know these boss babes throughout their senior year, with themed shoots, AH-mazing senior portrait sessions, and more. The AHP Model Team is all about having fun, letting your hair down, and being part of a community of empowered young women.
The parents of these seniors get to see how the girls’ confidence and social skills grow during their time with me. They also get so comfortable in front of the camera and wrap up their year with an awesome set of portraits.
Good Things Come in Twos
The AHP Class of 2021 Model Team was so much fun, and it was proof that good things come in sets of two. This year, we had two Olivias, two Kendalls, two Alexises, and a Chloe and Kloe. We also had two sets of twins. You might even say we had double the fun, all year long!
The Last Class of 2021 Shoot
To celebrate the end of the year with the AHP Class of 2021 Model Team, we had a fun session with a few of my favorite things. We started off at Studio 253 for some indoor portraits with gorgeous natural light. The girls wore little black dresses and whatever shoes they wanted. For some, this meant strappy black heels, while others opted for classic Converse. One of the AH-mazing parts of the model team is that we celebrate how unique each girl is. I love seeing them embrace their personal style and make each shoot their own.
Tacoma Museum of Glass Portraits
Then, we went to the Museum of Glass. This is one of my favorite spots in Tacoma. The architecture is so modern, and there are so many great opportunities for portraits. There’s a fun, curved staircase and concrete walls. The girls brought along their prom dresses and we did a few glam portraits. And they rocked their casual portraits in matching Class of 2021 T-shirts and jeans.
We also had the Sugar & Spoon cookie dough truck come! Such a fun treat to end the day. It was so good to be able to get together again after a year of changes due to the pandemic.
Keeping in Touch
The AHP Model Team girls and I have so much fun throughout the year. They build lasting friendships with each other, and they stay in contact with me. I love seeing where they end up after graduation, and it is so awesome hearing about their travels and adventures. Some of the girls have already moved away and started the next stage of their lives!
