Holiday Tree Farm Portraits | AHP Model Team

The AHP Model Team celebrated the season with holiday tree farm portraits. We met in the early morning for this themed photoshoot, and the girls were all decked out in festive outfits and accessories.

This is such a fun tradition for the Model Team, and we were able to get together safely this year at the Wreath Works Christmas Tree Farm. We are so thankful to the owners of this beautiful farm for hosting us!

Wreath Works Tree Farm

This charming tree farm is nestled in Port Orchard, and it is so beautiful. I simply love being surrounded by evergreen trees and festive holiday cheer. The farm has the cutest gift shop and a fun selection of wreaths, too. It put everyone in the holiday spirit!

There were trees of all different sizes, and we picked a perfect spot between a few trees for the girls to pose. We started the day early and lucked out with beautiful sunlight. It peeked through the trees and provided a little warmth on an otherwise chilly morning.

What to Wear for Winter Portraits

There are so many cute outfits that you can wear for holiday tree farm portraits. The girls dressed in layers, with cozy sweaters, scarves, and hats. Rather than picking matching outfits, the girls selected from a holiday-themed color palette.

They picked red, grey, white, and black pieces that gave the portraits a cohesive look. And they mixed and matched their looks with solid fabrics and prints. The girls wore jeans and leggings with cute winter boots.

Holiday Portrait Props and Accessories

Props and accessories are an awesome way to make your holiday portraits more fun. They also help make posing easier. The girls held cups of hot cocoa, peppermint sticks, and festive holiday signs. We also brought along garlands and wrapped gifts to decorate the trees for the portraits.

Accessorizing is so fun for themed portraits! The girls wore sparkly antlers, Santa hats, and other festive accessories like snowflake earrings. They kept their makeup natural, but a few opted for a bold red lip to fit the theme.
