Ballet Inspired Urban Senior Portrait Session

This ballet-inspired urban senior portrait session in Tacoma was so fun! Jenna is AH-MAZING. She is sweet, kind, and modest, and I loved spending the day with her! I met her through one of my 2019 reps when I put out a model call for ballerinas. We had an awesome shoot in the studio when it first opened, and I couldn’t wait to shoot her senior portraits!

Floating Through her Session

Jenna literally floated through her entire senior session. She is so graceful and just lights up any room she walks into. You can tell she puts her heart and soul into loving and caring for people, and I love seeing how she boosts everyone’s confidence just by being herself! She is such a lovely young woman and I am so grateful she chose me to capture this time in her life!

Versatile Style

I just love Jenna’s style. She brought an entire suitcase full of awesome outfits, shoes, boots, and accessories! I love that she can rock everything from a formal floral gown to an edgy leather jacket. She switched up her style with summery printed dresses with block heels and high-waisted pants with ankle boots.

Jenna and I had so much fun for her senior session! Her willingness to do and try anything made for some amazing senior portraits, from “levitating” with some awesome dance jumps, to posing by a fireman’s truck, and even laying inside a construction pipe! She knows how to pose! I always tell my seniors that movement is key in front of the camera! But most of all, I love this girl’s fun personality and how expressive she is! Jenna has made some amazing memories acting in school plays and dancing ballet. I wanted her senior portraits to capture that spirit!

Confidence is Key

This boss babe’s confident spirit will carry her through amazing things in life!! She is headed to Clover Park to study Cosmetology. I know she’ll be an awesome hairdresser!! Jenna told me that her role models are her mom and dad, who always try and do what their hearts tell them to do, even when it’s hard. I can’t wait to watch this girl follow her heart!!
