If you are looking for one of the most gorgeous senior portrait session locations in Tacoma, Washington, this is it! Jordyn’s photo shoot at Wild Hearts Farm was such a stunner!

When Jordyn reached out to me, she knew she wanted senior photos that weren’t like everybody else’s. Wild Hearts Farm caught her attention because it has so many different spots that capture the beauty of the PNW. The gorgeous sunlight in the late afternoon casts a perfect golden hue. Pairing the yummy fall light with the many awesome photo spots onsite made for one extra special senior photo session!

Ahead of the Curve

For this shoot, I had the pleasure of photographing AHP Rep Team member Jordyn Peterson of Sumner High School.  Jordyn is already in a pre-nursing program at Pierce College (one step ahead of the curve!).  She plans to continue on with a bachelor’s degree at her future university of choice once she graduates from high school.

Jordyn’s passion in life is to help people and her community, whether that’s at school or at the coffee stand working as a barista. She is very excited to continue helping others as a future nurse. Jordyn hopes to be remembered as one who is always smiling “because you can never go wrong and never be upset when someone has a smile on their face.”

As you can see, Jordyn’s smile truly did light up our photo session at Wild Hearts Farm! This gorgeous senior is charismatic and kindhearted. She grew up with two older sisters as role models who helped her become the woman she is today. Chatting with her about her passion for helping people and her plans for the future reminded me why I love shooting Tacoma senior portraits!

I had so much fun exploring Wild Hearts Farm and capturing these moments with Jordyn. One thing I love about this location is that it’s a private venue (so it can only be rented out and booked in advance through your photographer). The privacy allowed us to have all the space and time we needed to capture these amazing shots. Wild Hearts Farm has tons of variety onsite, including flower fields, rustic fences, tall grass fields, multiple swings, plus other studios and sets to choose from. So in other words, if you are looking for the true VIP senior photo experience, this is it!
