Summer Senior Portraits in Tacoma
These summer senior portraits in Tacoma will have you ready for endless sunshine and warmer weather!
Miss Emma is a fave on the AHP Model Team. She’s so inviting and welcoming, and she’s never afraid of putting herself out there to make new friends. We love to celebrate how unique everyone is on the model team, and Emma is taller than the average girl. She has a long, lean, powerful gymnast body. She showed it off during her session with fun gymnast poses!
Redhead Senior Portraits
Being a redhead myself, I totally love when other redheads trust me with their portraits. Miss Emma decided she wanted her summer senior portraits to start at the Point Defiance Rose Garden. This is such an ah-mazing spot for outdoor senior portraits, especially when all the flowers are in full bloom. It’s also easy to walk down to Owen Beach on a hot summer day, like this day in late July. Emma and I did just that and she was brave enough to dip her feet in the water! We also got to explore the new Dunes Peninsula attached to Pt. Defiance.
Bringing Along a Friend
I love when my seniors bring along a close friend or parent to their senior portrait session. It always gives them an extra boost of confidence. Emma brought her sweet mom along for the session, in addition to her best friend. Emma’s BFF, Allie, also booked me for her senior portraits! We did her session a few days after Emma’s at Wild Hearts Farm. Stay tuned this summer for her session to be featured on the blog. Allie has moved away to Idaho, but I am so glad she was in town for this! These two were all smiles the whole day, and they have such a sweet friendship.
Summer Style for Senior Portraits
It was warm and sunny, and Emma brought along the best summer outfits! To match her gorgeous red hair, she kicked things off with a cute, burnt orange sundress. For her beach portraits, she opted for distressed jeans and a flowy camisole, as well as a lightweight white dress. The blue camisole also looked so pretty in the rose garden! This beautiful senior posed with flowers, soaked up the sunshine, and enjoyed the gorgeous day.
Passionate About Her Future Plans
This gorgeous redhead has been a gymnast her whole life. She’s passionate about fitness, and she simply loves gymnastics. This has also led her to her future career plans. She plans to study Biology at Grand Canyon University before applying to graduate school. She hopes to become a physical therapist, so she can help other people get back to what they love doing.
Emma is so driven. She attends Rogers High School and Pierce Community College for Running Start. She says it was a tough transition to the pace and busier schedule of Running Start, but she calls it the best decision she could’ve made! She’s inspired every day by her dad, who works so hard to provide for her family, and he’s always there to offer advice and support. I know the parents of high school seniors are so proud of all they’ve accomplished and can’t wait to see what they do next. I know Miss Emma has a bright future ahead of her.
