Fun Hearts-Themed Photoshoot | AHP Model Team
February is all about love with Valentine’s Day, and the AHP Model Team celebrated with a fun hearts-themed photoshoot. We spaced this session out over two days, with 6 to 8 hours of shooting each day! The studio was decked out with red and glittery décor, and the girls brought their best Valentine’s Day outfits.
AHP Model Team Photoshoots
Every month, the AHP Model Team participates in fun photoshoots. We’ve taken all the necessary precautions this year for group portrait sessions due to COVID. But the girls have made it so much fun. Shooting smaller group sessions gives the model team members a chance to get to know each other better and spend more time with me one on one. Since I host these sessions each month of their senior year, they can look back on all the fun memories after they graduate.
Hearts-Themed Décor
Having a themed photoshoot means I get to decorate Studio 253 to fit the vision. A bold red backdrop was simply perfect for this hearts-themed photoshoot. I also found fun red garlands with glittery hearts, a rose gold love balloon, heart balloons, and gorgeous flowers. Having different props throughout the studio makes posing so much fun. They also add to the variety of the portraits. The girls took turns holding balloons and flowers and posing with the garlands and red glittery curtain.
I also used this fun hearts-themed shoot as an excuse to debut my new 4×4 box. Keep an eye out for more “in the box” photoshoots coming to the blog soon! This white frame is so versatile, and the girls had so much fun posing in it. The white background made their bold outfit choices pop.
Valentine’s Day Outfits
Wearing red, pink, and white for Valentine’s day can be so cute. The AHP Model Team members chose modern outfits, pairing flirty sundresses with white sneakers. Distressed jeans are always in style, and a couple of the girls wore theirs with delicate lace camisoles and cozy tops. The girls accessorized their outfits perfectly, with pink and red hair clips, delicate jewelry, and fun shoes. Whether your plans include hanging out with the girls or going out to dinner, the Model Team always has the best outfit inspiration.
