Twin Fall Senior Portraits
When it comes to senior portraits, two are always better than one, and Ekat and Saul totally proved that true in their super fun, twin fall senior portraits! This awesome pair was referred to me by their Bellarmine Prep classmate, Abbie! And I’m so happy she introduced us! These twins’ shoot was so much fun and fit each of their styles just perfectly! I mean, how cool to have a partner in crime, even for your senior year portraits!
Two For One
Though some siblings don’t want their portraits done at the same time, Ekat and Saul were super excited about getting a lot of their shots together, so we did their sessions at the same time! While Ekaterina (who goes by EKat) was getting her hair & makeup done, Saul and I began his session. He wanted an urban look to his photos, so we started right outside of Studio253 in downtown Tacoma. We got some awesome, dressed-up shots of him in his green and blue plaid suit before Ekat came out and they changed into their matching jean jacket outfits. So perfect for fall. And don’t you just love all of Ekat’s patches on her jacket!?
Recreating Childhood Memories
We then did photos of them together, and even went and re-created photos they took at their elementary school! How cute is that?? We played on the climbing toys a little (can’t pass up a bit of childhood fun!) then Saul left and we took EKat for her individual photos. We went to UPS where her dad works and got some cute, preppy, fall photos with the brick walls, ivy, and even some roses! So gorgeous! She has spent a lot of time there, so it was the perfect place to end the day. I love when clients pick locations that have meaning and memories for them!
Favorite Fall Vibes
Ekat and Saul had their session done in mid-October, which is my fave time of the year!! Not all my autumn sessions have fallen leaves, but this location was just full of them that day! We captured some awesome fall vibes and colors, which combined for the perfect fall backdrop for these two seniors! Even the ivy on the walls in Ekat’s photos had changed shades! Having a session with both seniors was so much fun, and it was a blast getting to see these twins interact with each other, especially at locations that hold a lot of memories for them and their family! What a special day!
