May Mini-Senior Session

June’s May mini-senior session was done right next to her high school, PHS! Mini sessions are just like our normal senior experiences, but (yep, you guessed it) smaller! These sessions are short, normally 2-3 outfit changes, at a single location. Mini sessions are great for cap and gown photos, for seniors who prefer to do their own hair and makeup, or even to snag a couple of looks that we didn’t have time for in our original shoot. 

Cap and Gown Portraits

For this session, our senior did her own hair and makeup at home, and came all glammed up and ready for her shoot! June started in a cute and casual, light jeans and jacket combo with the best hot pink tank top. We snapped a bunch of photos in the garden which had the most perfect tree to pose with. June changed outfits into a short, white dress for her next group of pictures by the school and we even had time for some cap & gown photos too!! I love when seniors can bring their caps and gowns to their senior sessions. It is such a fun way to showcase your school colors, especially when they are such a pretty purple!! 

Spring Flower Background 

This beauty’s session was done in May, and we had the most amazing weather! We found some great light, wind, and even flowers!!! The bright spring foliage was the perfect background to make her dark jean jacket just pop. The light pink flowers matched with her pink top too! And can we talk about how gorgeous her long blonde hair is?? WOW! Miss June is such a sweet girl and knocked this photo shoot out of the park (or should I say garden?). I had a blast doing this mini-session with her!
