Summer Point Defiance Portrait Session
Miss Chloe and I had the best summer Point Defiance portrait session in mid-July. It has been so much fun having this boss babe on the AHP Model Team this year. She knew it would be a great experience and a way for her to meet other girls in the area, all while building up her own confidence. That’s what the AHP Model Team is all about, and I am so grateful to Chloe and the other Model Team girls for making the most of a unique senior year.
Adding a Stylist to Your Senior Portraits
AHP seniors have the option to add a stylist to their senior portrait session. Each session includes professional hair and makeup. Adding a stylist to your session means they come along for your portraits to switch up your hairstyle and lip color. This way you have different looks to match each outfit change, and you end up with final portraits with a ton of variety.
Chloe rocked each one of her looks! Her shoulder-length blonde hair looked perfect in loose curls. For a few of her photos, she decided on wearing her hair half up with space buns, while other portraits called for a simple ballerina bun with her bold red lip. Even with her glam makeup, Chloe still looked like herself. I simply love how our pro hair and makeup artists highlight the natural features of our seniors.
Point Defiance Senior Portrait Outfit Inspiration
In addition to her gorgeous hairstyles, Chloe wore the best outfits for her summer Point Defiance portrait session. Before heading to the new Dunes Park, we shot some portraits outside of my studio in Opera Alley. Chloe wore white ripped jeans with a fun leopard camisole for these urban portraits, before changing into a crop top and classic denim.
Don’t be afraid to wear color for your senior portraits. Chloe wore a vibrant red printed dress that looked gorgeous with the tall, golden grass at the park. And the red looked right at home in the beautiful Point Defiance Rose Garden. Ending her session in a mango-colored baby doll dress was simply perfect. Yellow is her favorite color, and I can see why! This strappy dress was the perfect golden hue for her afternoon portraits.
A Determined Senior
It was so wonderful getting to know Miss Chloe throughout her senior year. This determined senior rows for the Commencement Bay Rowing Club, in addition to being president of HOSA. She swam competitively for two years, setting school records at state. And she volunteered to coach summer league swimmers. I am so inspired by how much she has accomplished in high school, and I know she will go on to accomplish even more incredible things.
Anyone who gets to know Chloe can see how hard she works for what she wants. She is so focused on her goals, while still being incredibly encouraging of others. It makes her an incredible teammate, coach, and student. I am so grateful she chose to be part of the AHP Model Team for her senior year, in addition to all of her other commitments and accomplishments.
