Studio 253 Portraits | Fun in the Studio with AHP

These Studio 253 portraits are so much fun. I am lucky enough to have my own studio in the heart of downtown Tacoma, and it is the best place for indoor portraits. One of my 2019 seniors, Savannah, has a knack for modeling and I was so excited that she was up for a studio session to show off how versatile the space is!

New Backdrops and Furnishings for Studio 253

We did this fun session to show off the new backdrops for 2020 portraits at Studio 253. There is an ah-mazing flower wall with bright, whimsical colors. I just love how Savannah was instantly transported to a floral paradise in these portraits.

And for those who want a little peek of the outdoors, we added a grass floor. It gives the studio a backyard vibe that is perfect for casual portraits. The touch of greenery adds a certain pop to indoor portraits.

To keep the studio feeling fresh and modern, we also added a Tezza collage wall. It has beachy vibes, fun quotes, and photos to keep seniors feeling inspired. And there is a pink backdrop that I love using for feminine senior portraits.

In addition to the fun updates, we have classic black and white backgrounds for a timeless feel. And the studio lets in an ah-mazing amount of natural light that is ideal for portraits.

We also have a new mid-century modern accent chair that is perfect for posing. Savannah used it for portraits with the grass floor and white background. It’s such a versatile piece of furniture and I am so glad we added it to the studio.

A Natural Model with Style

Savannah brought her confidence to the studio for this fun portrait session. This boss babe is a natural model with an impeccable style. She brought outfits from Francesca’s and American Eagle, and I just love how she styled each outfit with fun accessories and delicate jewelry.

Her casual outfits included cropped jeans, a layered tank and lace bralette, a jean jacket, and a classic plaid shirt. Halfway through the session, she swapped out her relaxed styles for flirty dresses. She also borrowed a few items from the AHP Style Closet!

The AHP Style Closet

Part of Studio 253 is the AHP Style Closet. I keep this wardrobe room fully stocked with the season’s trends, including faux fur jackets, cute dresses, shoes, and accessories.
