Kubota Garden Summer Senior Portraits
Gracie knew she wanted summer senior portraits at Kubota Garden. If you wander through the park, you will find a fun little red bridge and the best structures for poses! The colors are absolutely gorgeous here in late summer. It did not disappoint.
Natural Landscapes
Kubota Garden in the summer means that the hydrangeas are out in full bloom, the greenery is nearly fluorescent, and everything is alive. There are so many different backdrops that make this one of the best places for senior portraits in Seattle (even if it is closer to Renton). We explored the garden and found so many perfect spots to coordinate with Gracie’s outfits. Her cute floral print dress from American Eagle looked AH-mazing in front of the blue and purple hydrangeas. And how great is her smile?
Movie Style
Gracie’s style gave off some 1990s vibes and it was so awesome! She looked like she stepped right out of one of my favorite movies from the nineties: Clueless. Her plaid dress was classic, and I love that she paired it with nude block heels. She also threw on a jean jacket to complete her look! Adding layers can totally change up your outfit and Gracie had so much fun switching it up. She effortlessly switched between casual senior portrait outfits and gorgeous dresses and skirts. Her glam makeup and curled hair went perfectly with every outfit.
High School Spirit
Gracie recently joined the cheerleading team at her high school after being a gymnast all her life! Of course, we had to capture a few senior portraits in her new cheer uniform. I love how the cobalt blue and gold popped in front of the lush greenery and red bridge. She had so much fun trying out jumps by the water and showing off her school spirit.
