Rogers High School Senior Portraits
Miss Aubrey and I had such an amazing day for her Rogers High School senior portraits. This cutie started her session in my studio, but we ended the day at Fort Steilacoom. I am so excited to share more from this session!
Senior Portraits with Variety
One of the benefits of having an indoor/outdoor senior portrait session is the variety. I have an awesome studio in Tacoma, and indoor portraits are so fun. We have a wall of windows that let in a ton of natural light, and simple backgrounds that result in a modern, yet timeless feel. We’re also just steps away from Opera Alley and all the fun spots that the city has to offer. Aubrey brought along her mom, who always cheers her and her siblings on, and her little sister. We had such a fun day together.
Outfit Inspiration for Senior Photos
I simply love Miss Aubrey’s style. She picked out a few different outfits that were all so flattering and stylish. She started off her time in the studio in black jeans and a white eyelet top before changing into a flowy black top and shorts.
For her outdoor portraits, a white top with billowy sleeves, ripped jeans, and sandals created the perfect ensemble. She also brought along two dresses for more formal portraits: a dark teal dress with ruffles, and a white dress with fluttery sleeves. All of her choices looked stunning with the colors at Ft. Stilly. And since Miss Aubrey is so tall, I brought along a ladder to be able to get above her for some of her portraits!
Keeping a Positive Attitude Senior Year
Aubrey has such a positive attitude and is a joy to be around. She is so kind and easygoing. And she loves going on adventures! This fun senior loves hiking, snowshoeing, and going on nature walks to take photos. We brought elements of those interests into her portraits, and I love the result.
She also has played club volleyball for six years and loves how she has formed friendships on the team. She has a competitive spirit and is passionate about the sport. Aubrey also loves history and science, and she hopes to study sociology or forensic science. I know she will be successful in whatever field she chooses and I can’t wait to see what she accomplishes!
