End of Summer Shoot

If you’ve ever wondered what a Senior Model Team does for their end of summer shoot, you’re in luck! From peach trees to milk baths, this blog post is about to give you all the juicy details on what our Class of 2024 got up to during our very last shoot of the summer. While I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of fall and all the many sights, scents, and sounds it brings with it, there really is nothing like the end of summer to gather everyone together. Especially in a perfect peach tree orchard! 

Peach Tree Paradise

We bid our summer of fun adieu with a very French team shoot. We may not have the budget to actually fly all of our Model Team out to Europe for the summer, but we found the next best thing right in our very own backyard. The PNW is home to some of the best produce in the world. Luckily for us, that means access to gorgeous green orchards full of just ripe fruit! For our shoot, we found ourselves in the location of a lifetime (or maybe just the summertime): a peach tree paradise. Milk Bath Portraits

After we snapped all the photos and ate all the peaches we could, we began the second part of our end of summer shoot plans. The girls and I have been loving the milk bath and flower photos that we have seen on Pinterest. With the last weeks of summer sunshine coming to an end, we were inspired to give it a try! We brought along an inflatable pool and filled it up right in the orchard. And Oh. My. Gosh did they turn out AH-mazing! These milk bath portraits were so much fun and a great way for the girls to get a quick cool-off from the sun!

Goodbye to Summer Senior Picnic

To accompany our summery location, we planned a team potluck/picnic in the orchard. Nothing quite says summer like enjoying a fresh meal outside and getting to know more about the people in your life. Plus, who doesn’t love a potluck? After a warm day spent taking portraits in the sun, the girls and I had so much fun relaxing and looking forward to the many months of fun and photos ahead!
