New Year’s Eve Portraits

For our very last shoot of the year, the Model Team had to go out in style. Our New Year’s Eve portraits are always one of my favorite shoots that we do! It is the perfect way to reminisce on the year together and celebrate all my AH-mazing senior girls! Plus, who doesn’t love an excuse to dress up?? For this shoot, we got to shine the spotlight (or should I say disco lights??) on all of our lovely seniors and give them a night to remember! 

Spotlight on the Class of 2023!

The girls picked out their favorite outfits and got all glammed up for their last shoot of 2022! This year, our theme was all about silver. We went for shiny mylar balloons, tons of silver tinsel, metallic streamers, and the shinest prop of all: our disco ball! The girls were able to do so many fun things with these props and it made for a great NYE background in the studio. I love how everything turned out!! New Year, Same You!

Each new year, we hear the popular Insta catchphrase: “New year, new me” to signify the push for more permanent NYE resolutions. Setting goals and encouraging each of our seniors to shine so brightly (we love a group of Boss Babes after all) is exactly what we want for our AHP family. But while we cheer on all the new possibilities this next year holds for our seniors, from graduation to internships, study abroad trips, jobs, and so much more, we are also here to support the less popular mantra: “New year, same you!” We want to celebrate not only all the growth and awesomeness our team gained THIS year but all the great qualities they already possess!

Out With The Old, In With The New

So this new year, instead of thinking of resolutions as a way to shame ourselves for things we didn’t do right, or aspects we want to change about ourselves, what if instead, we thought of the beginning of the year as an excuse to do more of what we love? And to say “Heck yes!” to the things we don’t want to change, to the things that just maybe, we even love about ourselves? Because it’s no secret that we think you are pretty great just the way you are, and we cannot wait for you to show off what you got in the new year! Happy 2022 to all of our AH-mazing AHP family and friends!! We are so excited to see what 2023 has in store for us all!!
