Colorful Summer Senior Photos
It is impossible to look at these colorful summer senior photos and not be AH-mazed! Ellianna is such a free-spirited, happy person, who I have had the pleasure of knowing this past year through the AHP Model Team. This amazing young lady has and does it all. From working as a brand ambassador for AE, to snowboarding at Crystal Mountain, and even working on her high school yearbook staff, Ellianna is always staying active. We had SO much fun during her summer session, and I cannot wait for you to see the final product!
Posing with Confidence
We started Miss Ellianna’s session in Studio 253 with a classic LBD (little black dress) and heels combo. And let me tell you– this girl knows how to pose! While I am always behind the camera ready to assist seniors with suggestions, for this shoot, she took the reins. I love seeing someone let loose and really have fun with their session. Confidence is key and this girl has it all! After the studio, we walked to Opera Alley to get some great, colorful shots with the new artwork murals. This gave Ellianna a great chance to show off her cute ripped jeans and tank tops. Plus, we love accessorizing with a flannel!
Trust Your Photographer
From there we headed to the new Dunes Park at Point Defiance for that tall dry grass look we get in the PNW summer and just love. Ellianna rocked some vintage Anthropologie from her fab Aunt in New York and topped it off with her infamous bucket hat (this girl LOVES her bucket hats!) And while we were at Pt. Defiance, we could not miss out on the flower gardens. The roses were in full bloom! Another super cute orangey-peach 2-piece outfit completed her ensemble. And as is classic Ellianna, there was lots of climbing on things to get the perfect pic. She even climbed a tree in a Free People dress borrowed from the AHP Style Closet. And those shots?? They. Turned. Out. Stunning! Always trust your photographer to get your best angles while you are having fun!
Add a H+MU Stylist
For Ellianna’s session, she chose the “add a stylist option” for her senior package. That means our lovely hair and make-up artist, Tracie, was able to switch up Ellianna’s h+mu to match each of her outfits. From hats to cute accent braids, and even a half-up style, the different looks were perfect for each fit. Tracie also made sure that our senior’s makeup was touched up and camera-perfect. Because there is a big difference between daily wear makeup and camera quality. We love giving our seniors options to match their style and it is so fun to see the end results! Tracie and Ellianna truly rocked it!
