Urban Wright Park Senior Portraits
Miss Lizzie decided she wanted urban Wright Park senior portraits, and I am so glad I got to bring her vision to life. This boss babe is my office intern. She helps keep me organized, loves learning about photography, and is so much fun to be around. She’s so creative, and I have enjoyed getting to know her during her senior year.
AHP Model Team Member
As a class of 2021 AHP Model Team member, Lizzie loves cheering her teammates on and supporting them. She is such a valuable addition to the team. Lizzie decided to apply for the team when she saw how positive, fun, and inspiring the experience is. She knew it would help boost her confidence while introducing her to people she wouldn’t otherwise meet.
I am so grateful that Lizzie decided to apply! I watched her gain confidence throughout the year as she participated in our monthly shoots, which was ah-mazing. She is great at posing like a model, and her expressions are always spot-on.
Embracing Style & Comfort in the City
We explored the area around my studio, and Lizzie was so comfortable in her outfits. She just has the best style! She wore a flirty green dress, classic jean jacket (a must-have for any senior session), and hot pink Converse to kick her session off. This outfit was perfect for the Tacoma cityscape.
We had so much fun taking portraits on the Spanish Steps by the new McMenamins. She changed out of her cute dress into high-waisted jeans, a floral crop top, and sunglasses. Her downtown Tacoma portraits are absolutely timeless, and I simply love how this boss babe balanced comfort and style.
Wright Park and Point Defiance Portraits
Wright Park is so beautiful in the summer, and I think it’s one of the best spots for outdoor portraits. There are beautiful trees, gorgeous landscaping, and a fun bridge. Miss Lizzie changed into a fun floral tee with corduroy overalls and wandered through the lush gardens. The golden light was simply perfect. An ivory baby doll dress accentuated her dancer style. Lizzie is a gymnast turned cheerleader, and you can just tell she loves being an athlete.
We ended our ah-mazing session at the Point Defiance Rose Garden. The flowers were in full bloom. Lizzie posed among the roses and dahlias, wearing cute jeans and a fun crop top. Her long hair was down in loose curls, and I just love her side bangs (recent self-cut!) She also has the longest eyelashes. We kept her makeup light and natural to highlight her gorgeous features, including her freckles.
A Bright Future
Miss Lizzie has such a bright future ahead of her. In addition to interning for AHP, she works as a coach for the Auburn Gymnastics Center. She loves cheerleading, drawing, and spending time with her friends. I can’t wait to see how she pursues her interests after graduation., of which she was just accepted into a fashion school!
Lizzie styled her session beautifully, from her thrifting finds to her colorful shoes, and I am so excited to share a few highlights. Scroll through for more inspiration from this urban Wright Park and Point Defiance senior portrait session, and how to get your session on the books.
