Snowy Senior Portraits in Puyallup | AHP
I simply love a surprise snow day, and these snowy senior portraits in Puyallup will show you why. Gracie, a Class of 2020 AHP Model Team member, and her friend Shelby had the chance to come and play in the snow one winter day in January of this year. We met at a park near their school, as it was close to my house. These two girls had so much fun together, and we took some ah-mazing winter portraits for them to remember the day.
One of the perks of being on the AHP Model Team is getting to bring friends to shoots, and I always host a bonus shoot when it snows. I am now accepting applications for the Class of 2022, so don’t miss your chance to apply!
Cute Outfits for Snowy Senior Portraits
Miss Gracie and Miss Shelby sure knew how to dress for the day in Puyallup! You may think that it’s hard to dress in cute outfits when it’s so cold outside, but these two layered their outfits and brought the best winter coats. Gracie chose a green parka with faux fur trim, while Shelby rocked a quilted black coat. And they braved the freezing cold with cozy sweaters, snow boots, and thick socks.
Both girls wore their hair down, with natural makeup that highlighted their gorgeous features. Gracie wore fun hoop earrings, while Shelby wore a cute beaded necklace. These two styled their winter looks perfectly.
Winter Light in Puyallup
The gorgeous winter sun was out, and the backlighting in the portraits is 100% natural. The glow comes from the magic golden hour, and I simply love shooting at this time of day. The sunlight made everything feel warm and magical. It reflected off of the snowy ground and peeked through the trees throughout our fun snowy session.
The girls threw a couple of snowballs at each other, playing in the snow and taking advantage of the gorgeous scenery. Scroll through for some snowy senior portrait inspiration from this Puyallup session, and details on how to book your session with me!
