Fall Senior Session at Wild Hearts Farm
This gorgeous fall senior session at Wild Hearts Farm is filled with floral inspiration, warm sunlight, and the cutest dog! What a perfect combination for Montana’s senior session. I just love heading to the farm in the fall!
Scheduling Senior Portraits
We chose fall for Montana’s portraits because she was in New Zealand during the summer! This girl has an adventurous spirit and isn’t afraid to try new things. I was so excited to hear about her trip and get to know her more throughout her session. She was such a fun addition to the AHP model team!
Montana also wanted to wait to capture her senior portraits until she had her braces off. She has the most gorgeous smile and I am so glad we got to see it. I love working with my seniors to schedule a time for their senior portraits that works for them. I recommend booking your session in advance – my calendar fills up quickly every year and I just opened my books for 2021 seniors!
The Versatility of Wild Hearts Farm
Wild Hearts Farm is one of my favorite spots for senior portraits. The private farm is open to professional photographers only, so you never have to worry about huge crowds of people or unexpected conditions. There are plenty of backdrops to choose from, so every session looks a little bit different! This is a throwback session, so this year’s seniors will have a unique experience at the farm, too. The venue stays up to date with different props, settings, and gorgeous blooms. Montana and I took full advantage of the space for her portraits, from a cozy indoor spot to a secret garden and a vintage truck filled with flowers.
Rustic Style
Montana rocked floral prints throughout her Wild Hearts Farm senior portrait session. From a white maxi dress to the cutest floral kimono, her style was perfect. Before her session, Montana had her hair and makeup done at her home by my pro HMUA Jessica! This is such a relaxing way to start the day of your senior portrait session. And who doesn’t love getting glammed up?
Her natural hair and makeup highlighted her gorgeous features and curly hair. A fun side braid was the best choice for her casual senior portraits!
Girl’s Best Friend
Montana brought along her huge dog, Moose. I love capturing portraits with pets because it is such a unique bond! Family pets are an important part of any teen’s life, and you can tell how much Montana and Moose love each other. Just look at their smiles cozied up on the couch! Moose helped bring Montana out of her shell, too. She is such a quiet, sweet young lady and it was so fun getting to see the different sides to her.
I am so thankful this world traveler chose me to capture such a special time in her life before she headed off to college.
